Have you ever had a negative customer review left on social media for your business? Have you ever posted an amazingly positive customer review after you had a GREAT experience with a business?
Either way, we know that only one of the above is something you'd love to have online about your business and you guessed right if you guessed the positive review.
But the reality is that both happen and you need to be prepared to handle them BOTH.
In this episode I had the treat to talk with Shane Cicero about what you need to know about online reviews and customer service.

Shane Cicero is a husband, father of 2 boys, and owner of JW Media. Shane specializes in helping businesses increase their revenue through Facebook Advertising and Podcast. He helps them with brand positivity through social media. Shane is also the President of Social Media Breakfast Madison; a nonprofit that provides education on trending social media topics over breakfast.
