Should You Walk Away from Social Media?

If you're aware of what's going on in the world, particularly in the United States, you know that we will live in a very polarized society. Everyone has an opinion and social media has, in some way, allowed for everyone to not only have a voice but to share it. And here's the honest truth – not everyone of those voices is nice or kind.

I want to encourage you to take a moment with the Lord to consider whether or not social media is something that you need to continue with.

This probably seems odd to hear from someone who is a social media strategist, but I never want to say you NEED to do this or that. I want you to lean into the wisdom of the Lord for YOU and YOUR business.

I recently was asking the Lord about how I need to show up on social media and I walked away from that with a sense of hope that we do have the ability to put good out into the world and not give in to the fear and despair that you see.
